We provide software development, web application development, API integration, cloud infrastructure, security auditing, and IT consulting services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
Services are provided to businesses only (B2B) - to companies, organisations and persons acting for purposes of their trade, business or profession, not to consumers.
3. Website Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
- You must not use our website in any way that may cause damage, impairment, or interference with the availability or accessibility of the website.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server, or connected systems.

5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in EUR (euro) unless otherwise specified.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, including any advance payment, will be specified in the relevant project agreement.
- Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate set by Section 1765 of the Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose any information shared with us during the course of a project to third parties, except:
- Where required by law or regulation
- To our professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality obligations
- With your prior written consent
We expect the same confidentiality from our clients regarding our proprietary methods, pricing, and internal processes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
- We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
- Our website is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate a services engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant project agreement. Upon termination:
- You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- We will deliver all completed work and documentation.
- Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability will survive termination.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Processing Law of the Republic of Latvia. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we will enter into a separate data processing agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
